Realm – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Realm. Our Shipping Policy is designed to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping practices and procedures.

We are registered in England and Wales, and ship orders worldwide from our fulfillment partners.

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. In the rare event something goes wrong, our team will work with you to make it right.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. During peak times, processing may be delayed; if there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days door-to-door. Cost: $3.99 or free on orders over $100.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, Realm delivers to your door.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking becomes active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Realm is not responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied during or after shipping. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us directly with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If your order appears lost in transit or misdelivered, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. They may be able to locate your package or provide additional details.

If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please contact us with your case reference or supporting information. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.

Please note that we are unable to investigate orders that were shipped more than 60 days ago, as tracking information may no longer be available.

Delivered but Not Received (Theft or Safe Place Delivery)

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours, or your local postal service.

Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If you selected delivery without a signature, you are not eligible for reimbursement if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.

Uncollected Orders

We do not offer refunds for orders that were not collected or returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts. However, if you would still like to receive your item, we can arrange a reshipment—just contact us.
