Realm Creator Programme Terms

These terms cover the Realm Creator Programme: what we send you, what we ask in return, how commission works, and the rules both sides agree to. Applying to the programme means you accept them.

1. Who can join

You must be 18 or over.
You must own or have full rights to the accounts you apply with.
You're responsible for making sure taking part doesn't breach any other agreement you have with a brand, agency or management.
We review every application by hand. Applying doesn't guarantee acceptance, gifting, affiliate approval or paid work, and we don't have to give a reason for a decision.

2. What Realm gives you

A Sandy Hoodie from the drop, gifted. It's yours to keep and you never have to send it back.
A personal affiliate link.
A unique code giving your audience 10% off.
15% commission on eligible sales attributed to you.
Consideration for future drops, gifting, higher affiliate rates, paid UGC and paid campaigns.

3. What we ask in return

Three pieces of short-form video featuring the Sandy Hoodie:

Fit or reaction. The hoodie, styling, unboxing, a transformation, or your genuine first reaction.
Your concept. Something that fits how you already make content — cyberpunk, gaming, fashion, cosplay, anime, cinematic edits, or a direction of your own.
Product and conversion. The fit, the artwork, the details, what you actually like about it, with your discount code.

Format: vertical 9:16, suitable for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Deadline: all three within 14 days of the hoodie arriving. If something comes up, tell us before the deadline and we'll almost always work with you.

Files: alongside posting, send us the clean exports with no platform watermarks.

Keep your own voice. We're not looking for scripted ads and we won't ask you to read a script. We may ask for a small change if something is factually wrong about the product, or if a post is missing its disclosure.

4. Your code and your commission

Your audience gets 10% off. You earn 15% commission on eligible orders attributed to you.
Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after any discount is applied, and excludes shipping, taxes and duties.
Attribution runs through our affiliate platform. An order counts if it's placed through your link within the [30] day tracking window, or if your code is used at checkout.
Payouts are made weekly, once your balance reaches £25. You'll need to complete your payout details in the affiliate platform before we can pay you.
Commission is reversed on orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
Your own purchases don't earn commission.
Commission isn't earned by paid search on Realm's brand name, coupon or deal sites, spam, automated traffic, or posting your code to discount aggregators.
You're responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on commission and on the value of gifted product in your own country. Nothing here is tax advice.

5. Disclosure — this part isn't optional

Gifted product and commission are both a material connection, and the law in most countries requires you to disclose them. This protects you as much as us.

Label content featuring the hoodie clearly and up front. In the UK, use #ad or #realm where people see it before they engage.
Use the platform's paid partnership tool as well as a visible label, not instead of one.
If you're outside the UK, follow your own regulator's rules.
Don't claim you bought it if we sent it.

If a post is missing its disclosure we'll ask you to fix or repost it. Repeated failures end your place in the programme, and we may withhold commission on affected content.

6. Content standards

Don't post content that:

is hateful, harassing, discriminatory or sexually explicit;
features illegal activity, drugs, weapons or dangerous stunts;
makes claims about the product that aren't true;
uses music, footage or artwork you don't have the rights to;
features a competing clothing brand in the same piece of content;
presents Realm as endorsing something we haven't endorsed.

You're responsible for anything you post. You confirm the content is your own work, that anyone appearing in it has agreed to it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

7. How Realm can use your content

By taking part, you grant Realm a licence to use the content you make for the programme:

Organic: we can repost, reshare and edit it on Realm's own channels, website and marketing materials, with credit, with no time limit.
Paid: we can use it in paid advertising for 12 months from the date you post it.

You keep ownership of your content. This is a licence to use it, not a transfer. You're free to use it however you like, including in your own portfolio and with other brands, provided you don't hand exclusive rights to someone else that would cut across what's above.

If you'd rather not grant paid ad usage, tell us before you accept the hoodie and we'll discuss it.

8. Ending it

Either side can leave the programme at any time, in writing, for any reason.
Commission already earned on valid orders is still paid out.
We may withhold commission and end your place immediately if you breach these terms, in particular the disclosure and content rules.
Your code and link are switched off when you leave. Content already published stays covered by the usage licence above.
If you leave before delivering your three videos, we may ask for the hoodie back or for its value.

9. The rest

You're an independent creator, not an employee, partner or agent of Realm. Nothing here creates an employment relationship.
There's no exclusivity. You can work with other brands, including other clothing brands, outside the content you make for this programme.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell active creators by email before it takes effect.
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
